What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a distributed team of 8 performance specialists across 4 countries.
- Design and own the regional performance marketing strategy for B2B, B2M, and B2C funnels.
- Oversee execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including CPA, CPL, ROAS, and CAC to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead testing frameworks, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in CRM, Product, Content, and Sales to ensure integrated growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles managing multi-country teams
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms, GA4, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager
- Strong business acumen with experience scaling acquisition in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Ability to work in a hybrid scheme in Brazil or Chile
