What you will do

  • Define and analyze customer requirements to configure software solutions that align with business scenarios.
  • Drive product demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews for high-priority enterprise clients.
  • Design and implement proof of concepts and pilots to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans while addressing customer issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow established organizational processes for implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer expectations and adhere to service level agreements.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience in the implementation and support of enterprise-level software products.
  • Must be available to work in the night shift to overlap with customer time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into viable software configurations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice to client locations as required.

  • Knowledge of web design fundamentals including HTML and JavaScript.
