What you will do

  • Own and evolve the technical roadmap for Bloomreach as a core pillar of Groupon's RevOps stack.
  • Build and manage integrations across CRMs, internal systems, and third-party APIs.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven personalization strategies, including predictive models, LLMs, and marketing automation.
  • Develop Jinja-based dynamic content and webhook logic in close collaboration with engineers.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Debug, optimize, and modernize revenue automation workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Technical PM, Product Engineering, or Solutions/Integration role
  • Hands-on exposure to Bloomreach or similar CDP/marketing automation platforms (Exponea, Braze, Segment, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Jinja, Python or similar templating languages
  • Curiosity about AI/ML applications in product or marketing contexts
  • Working knowledge of APIs & integrations (REST/JSON, webhooks, SDKs)
  • A builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and cross-functional collaboration
