Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a strong focus on mentoring.
  • Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Deep understanding of agile development in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex business requirements.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
