What you will do

  • Lead technical and business value discovery to identify customer pain points and define effective technical solutions.
  • Design and build custom demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) within modern multi-cloud environments like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data strategy, digital transformation, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the internal asset library by documenting and building 5–7 reusable solutions annually.
  • Represent the brand as a technical ambassador at industry trade shows and conferences approximately 3–4 times per year.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and engineering teams to remove barriers to closing sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in presales, customer success, product management, or technical engineering roles.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience using Scala, Python, Java, and Spark frameworks within cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to influence technical and operational stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SaaS architecture and cloud computing infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time for business needs.

  • Practical experience with data management tools (Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM).
  • Demonstrable experience or knowledge of Generative AI applications.
