What you will do

  • Develop strong relationships with day-to-day users and key decision-makers.
  • Advise customers on best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Mitigate churn risk.
  • Provide feedback for product improvements and feature requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSM in a SaaS environment or experience in Finance with a desire to transition to a CSM role.
  • Excellent communication and consultative approach.
  • Ability to independently manage a customer portfolio.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer experience.
  • Experience in Fintech or Finance teams.
