What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Manage the pipeline and forecast with rigor using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels including CxOs, security leaders, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with solution sales specialists and internal teams to penetrate new areas of the business.
  • Work with channel partners, GSIs, and hyperscalers to strengthen execution and pipeline growth.
  • Utilize AI-enabled sales tools like Gong and Demandbase to personalize outreach and increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep domain expertise in identity security, PAM, IAM, or Zero Trust principles.
  • Proficiency in formal sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Experience working with channel partners and cloud providers to accelerate go-to-market execution.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build long-term relationships.
