What you will do
- Oversee and complete medium-sized tasks and tickets within internal systems independently.
- Identify system gaps and adjust architecture to support scalability and sustainability.
- Develop resilient solutions ensuring consistency between new and existing platform configurations.
- Diagnose production issues and assess performance using monitoring tools.
- Document technical solutions through workflow diagrams and structured design patterns.
- Provide feedback on PR reviews and mentorship to entry-level team members.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or Configuration Specialist supporting Salesforce.
- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflow automation, and production configuration maintenance.
- Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system configuration issues.
- Familiarity with system integration tools such as Postman or Salesforce Workbench.
- Proven ability to follow and promote technical standards for scalable, secure systems.
