What you will do

  • Deploy deep learning models on edge devices and in the cloud for real-time inference.
  • Fine-tune models on proprietary datasets and manage versioning and evaluation pipelines.
  • Develop high-performance C++ or Rust code for low-latency execution.
  • Optimize GPU memory footprint, throughput, and inference graph efficiency.
  • Build middleware for real-time communication between perception and control systems.
  • Profile production systems to diagnose compute and concurrency bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Sunnyvale.
  • 3+ years of experience building robotics, perception, or real-time systems.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with Rust or Python.
  • Proven experience deploying deep learning models in production with strict latency constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorRT, and ONNX.
  • Strong debugging and profiling skills using low-level performance tools.
  • Experience building reliable, observable, and fault-tolerant production systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-performance LLM inference engines like vLLM or SGLang.
  • Expertise with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA kernels, or custom hardware accelerators.
  • Experience in distributed systems and real-time Linux environments.
