What you will do
- Deploy deep learning models on edge devices and in the cloud for real-time inference.
- Fine-tune models on proprietary datasets and manage versioning and evaluation pipelines.
- Develop high-performance C++ or Rust code for low-latency execution.
- Optimize GPU memory footprint, throughput, and inference graph efficiency.
- Build middleware for real-time communication between perception and control systems.
- Profile production systems to diagnose compute and concurrency bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Sunnyvale.
- 3+ years of experience building robotics, perception, or real-time systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with Rust or Python.
- Proven experience deploying deep learning models in production with strict latency constraints.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorRT, and ONNX.
- Strong debugging and profiling skills using low-level performance tools.
- Experience building reliable, observable, and fault-tolerant production systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-performance LLM inference engines like vLLM or SGLang.
- Expertise with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA kernels, or custom hardware accelerators.
- Experience in distributed systems and real-time Linux environments.
