What you will do

  • Deliver advanced L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including troubleshooting hybrid environments.
  • Configure and manage core M365 services such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures for cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with global clients and participate in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support M365 deployments and migrations from on-premises or alternative cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on support expertise in Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Proven experience in delivering M365 deployments and migrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex hybrid configurations.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in both Polish and English required.
  • Visa: Valid work permit/visa for Poland mandatory.
