What you will do

  • Support reconciliation processes for financial features in Mexico (e.g., direct debits, payroll portability, TEF payments, and related services).
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Design and maintain datasets to support financial control and reconciliation needs.
  • Automate and optimise reconciliation workflows for improved efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Data Engineering, and Operations, to ensure consistent financial reporting and process integrity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, perform data validation, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

  • An advanced degree in a core STEM subject.
