What you will do
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects.
- Collaborate with sales and clients to design and deliver tailored implementation plans.
- Act as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction.
- Work with engineering teams to adapt systems to unique client workflows.
- Gather and log feature suggestions for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, or consulting.
- Fluent in both German and English with excellent presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
