What you will do
- Actively participate in and complete SEC/EDGAR filings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate daily workflow, assist with job routing, and help prioritize filing requests based on deadlines.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and informal training to strengthen team performance.
- Act as a point of contact for shift-based escalations and collaborate with supervisors or managers to resolve issues.
- Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams, Proofreading, and XBRL groups.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute input to SOP and workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience with SEC/EDGAR filings, including preparing and submitting filings accurately and in compliance.
- Strong knowledge of filing workflows and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership or team coordination experience, including coaching or supporting team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
