What you will do

  • Actively participate in and complete SEC/EDGAR filings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate daily workflow, assist with job routing, and help prioritize filing requests based on deadlines.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and informal training to strengthen team performance.
  • Act as a point of contact for shift-based escalations and collaborate with supervisors or managers to resolve issues.
  • Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams, Proofreading, and XBRL groups.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute input to SOP and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience with SEC/EDGAR filings, including preparing and submitting filings accurately and in compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of filing workflows and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership or team coordination experience, including coaching or supporting team members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
