What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout program execution.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of complex systems.
- Guarantee that all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements.
- Anticipate risks and lead rapid resolution of issues.
- Ensure billing is activated at contractual milestones.
- Ensure that centralized product policies are compatible with program-specific and customer-specific constraints.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the defense sector.
- Significant experience as a Program Manager, including leading product development, high volumes deliveries, customer support
- Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production with direct client interface and contractual responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation.
- Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge/disruptive environments.
