What you will do
- Execute full-cycle employee paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper filing.
- Maintain and update accurate employee data within HRIS and internal databases.
- Schedule and oversee onboarding tasks for a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance operational workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English speaker (C1).
- 3+ years managing remote operations or HR processes across multiple countries.
- Ability to move projects forward independently, anticipate bottlenecks, and deliver on time.
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
