  • Execute full-cycle employee paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper filing.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee data within HRIS and internal databases.
  • Schedule and oversee onboarding tasks for a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian and English speaker (C1).
  • 3+ years managing remote operations or HR processes across multiple countries.
  • Ability to move projects forward independently, anticipate bottlenecks, and deliver on time.
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
