What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain modern responsive frontend dapps integrated with blockchain protocols for DeFi products and exchanges.
  • Implement integrations with blockchain infrastructure, wallet extensions, and on-chain data sources.
  • Ensure secure user flows for transactions, multi-sig approvals, cross-chain bridging, and account abstraction.
  • Collaborate on API design, RPC optimization, and indexer queries for high-performance real-time data delivery.
  • Lead frontend architecture, design systems, and Web3 best practices including gas optimization and security measures.
  • Mentor engineering staff, perform code reviews, and shape product roadmap with technical leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in senior or lead roles in Web3/blockchain.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, or Vue with TypeScript/JavaScript and Web3 libraries like ethers.js, viem, wagmi.
  • Experience developing complex, data-intensive dapps handling real-time streams such as order books or AMM curves.
  • Ability to manage browser wallet connections and execute on-chain interactions via providers and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 security principles including private key management and attack mitigations.
  • Familiarity with Node services, off-chain indexers, REST/GraphQL, and state management in volatile markets.

Nice to have

  • Experience at centralized or decentralized exchanges (CEX/DEX).
  • Building trading UIs with order books, candlestick charts, and PnL calculators.
  • Performance tuning for high-throughput DeFi applications with sub-ms latency and WebSockets.
  • Background in fintech or DeFi involving tokenomics or audited protocols.
