What you will do

  • Deliver high-impact, time-based engagements for a large volume of customers across onboarding, adoption, and value stages.
  • Oversee mutual onboarding plans, ensuring successful launch of primary workflows within 90 days.
  • Monitor customer adoption and respond to account health signals using defined playbooks.
  • Conduct value business reviews with customers to quantify value before renewal.
  • Accelerate Airtable AI adoption through workshops and hands-on sessions.
  • Identify new opportunities for one-to-many customer programs to drive success and deepen proficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing a large book of business (ideally 150+ accounts) and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer value, managing onboarding, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to distill technical or intricate systems into understandable and actionable insights, empowering clients.
  • Strong execution with a deep track record of impact on customer retention, expansion, and adoption metrics.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, creative problem solver, and effective collaborator.
