What you will do

  • Own the full customer lifecycle from post-sale implementation through renewal and expansion.
  • Lead deployment, onboarding, and training for large enterprise clients.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in security, IT, and operations to align on success criteria.
  • Develop deep technical proficiency in the platform to drive effective real-world application.
  • Navigate operational complexity and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Maintain high engagement with both technical users and executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles like Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success supporting complex enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder programs in large-scale environments.
  • Ability to learn and explain sophisticated, configurable technology systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous, fast-moving enterprise scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, security tech, or operationally complex fields.
