What you will do

  • Monitor brand sentiment and online conversations, escalating risks according to internal protocols.
  • Handle crisis situations, ensuring swift coordination and appropriate resolution.
  • Manage social media community engagement and maintain the content calendar.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and social media teams to develop supporting campaign assets.
  • Document all ORM incidents, decisions, and outcomes for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to management regarding brand health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ORM, PR, or digital communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
