What you will do

  • Manage relationships with key clients across technical, business, and product dimensions to ensure goal achievement.
  • Identify and address potential challenges while uncovering new opportunities for client growth.
  • Provide educational support through client training sessions and webinars.
  • Lead the introduction of new platform features and manage release communications.
  • Gather and channel valuable client feedback to internal product and development teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architects, and Legal teams as the primary client advocate.

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager within fintech, crypto, or payment sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Competence in Google Sheets or MS Excel for data reporting and management.
  • Basic understanding of KYC processes is considered a significant advantage.
