What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to offer stage.
- Source candidates using various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate interview stages and ensure process transparency for all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and track the status of open roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and guidance.
- Support employer branding activities including career page and job adverts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Ability to manage several open roles simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Basic interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to work with hiring managers and coordinate processes.
- Fluency in English.
