What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to offer stage.
  • Source candidates using various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinate interview stages and ensure process transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and track the status of open roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and guidance.
  • Support employer branding activities including career page and job adverts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Ability to manage several open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Basic interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to work with hiring managers and coordinate processes.
  • Fluency in English.
