What you will do

  • Support workforce planning and budgeting through headcount forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Improve data accuracy and transparency by reconciling HR data with financial systems.
  • Deliver actionable HR financial insights through reports and dashboards covering headcount, compensation, benefits, and attrition metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Enable better decision-making by translating data into clear insights and recommendations for Finance, HR, and leadership.
  • Optimize processes and help streamline HR-related financial reporting and improve existing analytical workflows in Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role (FP&A, HR analytics, accounting analytics, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and how they impact financial outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, accruals, and expense recognition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform structured, detail-oriented data analysis.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
