What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global Sales and Marketing teams to localize and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of digital employee experience solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal) are strictly required.
  • University degree in business, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
