What you will do

  • Lead and support a team of gameplay engineers.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and animators to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences.
  • Develop and maintain core systems including locomotion, animation, and camera.
  • Foster professional growth and nurture technical talent within the team.
  • Optimize and debug gameplay systems in partnership with QA.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple departments to meet project quality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland; relocation provided.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Unreal Engine on AA or AAA projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 7 people.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
  • Credit on at least one shipped AA or AAA title in a lead or management role.
  • Strong working proficiency in English.
