What you will do
- Lead and support a team of gameplay engineers.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and animators to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences.
- Develop and maintain core systems including locomotion, animation, and camera.
- Foster professional growth and nurture technical talent within the team.
- Optimize and debug gameplay systems in partnership with QA.
- Ensure alignment across multiple departments to meet project quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland; relocation provided.
- At least 5 years of experience in Unreal Engine on AA or AAA projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 7 people.
- Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
- Credit on at least one shipped AA or AAA title in a lead or management role.
- Strong working proficiency in English.
