What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customer-facing team hires, designing and delivering onboarding programs.
- Lead the planning and execution of weekly enablement sessions.
- Develop and maintain high-impact enablement content including playbooks, training materials, and job aids.
- Own enablement projects from start to finish, collaborating with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role.
- Comfortable building and delivering training to customer-facing teams.
- Strong organizational skills with proactive communication and follow-through.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools including LMS platforms and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- SaaS experience strongly preferred.
