What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customer-facing team hires, designing and delivering onboarding programs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of weekly enablement sessions.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact enablement content including playbooks, training materials, and job aids.
  • Own enablement projects from start to finish, collaborating with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role.
  • Comfortable building and delivering training to customer-facing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with proactive communication and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools including LMS platforms and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred.
