What you will do

- Author reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customers.
- Integrate Databricks with third-party applications to support customer ecosystems.
- Engage with the technical community by leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build strong client relationships and deliver technical and business value.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles with external clients across industries.
- Strong expertise in big data technologies including Apache Spark, AI, data engineering, and data science.
- Proficiency in Python or Scala; Java and R are desirable.
- Experience designing and implementing architectures on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
