What you will do

  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing engineering teams while fostering accountability and autonomy.
  • Partner with Product to drive shared ownership of strategic outcomes and prioritization.
  • Lead the platform modernization, specifically decoupling the monolith into scalable, domain-oriented architecture.
  • Embed modern engineering practices such as shift-left and continuous improvement.
  • Improve engineering standards related to speed, reliability, and release processes.
  • Drive cultural transformation within a product-led engineering environment.

Requirements

  • Senior engineering leadership experience within SaaS or high-growth scale-up environments.
  • Proven track record of leading 40–60+ engineers through managers and senior IC layers.
  • Extensive experience in platform evolution, system decoupling, and large-scale technical transformation.
  • Strong partnership history with Product teams to deliver measurable strategic outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of modern engineering practices like trunk-based development and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and challenge legacy engineering models.
