What you will do

  • Source, attract, and interview tech talent with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top tech profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Own acquisition of high-quality product and technology profiles for the community.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Lead, train, and support recruitment teams to meet ambitious goals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience recruiting tech profiles.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of IT and tech ecosystem and roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both required).
  • Experience managing or mentoring technical recruitment teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with a strong sense of urgency.
