What you will do
- Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions, including role profiling and succession planning frameworks.
- Lead and manage client relationships and complex projects across multiple service lines and geographies.
- Conduct research and analysis of client/sector issues to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
- Provide high-impact feedback and development planning based on assessment insights.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs and experiences, including virtual and in-person formats.
- Mentor and coach consultants, project managers, and operations colleagues, contributing to best practices.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred; minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier professional services firm or in-house HR/talent role.
- Established credentials in leadership assessment, succession, and talent management, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with assessment tools and methodologies (e.g., cognitive, behavioral, personality assessments, 360°).
- Professional training as a business coach (e.g., ICF or equivalent) and a proven track record in leadership development design.
- Experience conducting needs analyses and designing integrated talent, assessment, and leadership development solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required.
