Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing an MBA with a graduation date in Spring 2027.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or Management Consulting.
- Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and a strong grasp of SQL.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn messy data into a clear narrative.
- Strong business acumen to identify data gaps and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways.
