What you will do

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven customer interactions across voice and digital channels.
  • Architect complex conversational flows to ensure seamless, human-grade user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define logic triggers and automation requirements.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for agent success, including resolution rate, latency, and sentiment analysis.
  • Lead continuous prompt-tuning efforts to improve agent response quality.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of conversational UX and user psychology for voice and text interfaces.
  • Ability to visualize complex data flows and CRM integrations.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, Webhooks, and LLM configuration.
  • Must be able to work from the office in Valencia, Spain.
