What you will do
- Lead high-impact customer training engagements during onboarding and lifecycle to ensure rapid time-to-value and sustained adoption.
- Design and evolve outcome-driven learning programs based on adult learning principles for customers and internal teams.
- Deliver interactive live and virtual sessions including paid training packages, workshops, and webinars.
- Translate complex product functionality into tailored learning journeys for different roles and expertise levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align training with business goals.
- Analyze feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve curriculum and enablement effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work remotely from specified US states excluding New York metro, Seattle metro, and Bay Area
- Must not require work visa now or in the future
- 7+ years experience in customer training, enablement, or success with SaaS or technology platforms preferred.
- Experience delivering live virtual and in-person training sessions and designing training programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to customer sites or headquarters.
