What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
  • Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates to drive satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop diverse recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology for quality candidate shortlists.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
  • Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house, agency, or RPO environment).
  • Prior experience in hiring for Commercial and Supply Chain roles within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Tagalog.
  • Ability to commit to a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Makati, 2 days WFH).
