What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
- Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates to drive satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop diverse recruitment strategies.
- Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology for quality candidate shortlists.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
- Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.
Requirements
- Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house, agency, or RPO environment).
- Prior experience in hiring for Commercial and Supply Chain roles within the Life Sciences industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate aspects of the recruitment process.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Tagalog.
- Ability to commit to a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Makati, 2 days WFH).
