What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open roles, from briefing to contract offer.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the market.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to exchange best practices.
  • Work with external agencies to maintain effective talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to the innovation of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in an international environment.
  • Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to read people and assess candidates against corporate culture.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in German is a plus.
