What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open roles, from briefing to contract offer.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the market.
- Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to exchange best practices.
- Work with external agencies to maintain effective talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the innovation of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in an international environment.
- Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read people and assess candidates against corporate culture.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in German is a plus.
