What you will do

  • Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms.
  • Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic.
  • Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria.
  • Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment.
  • Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience building campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries.
  • Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content logic.
  • Expert-level detail orientation with strong QA and testing mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaign coordination and calendar management.
