What you will do

  • Manage relationships with SSPs and DSPs, including negotiation and onboarding of new partners.
  • Monitor traffic quality, identify monetization gaps, and analyze performance metrics like eCPM, fill rate, and win rate.
  • Optimize bidding strategies and auction setups to maximize ROI and margins.
  • Launch pilot integrations and scale successful advertising configurations.
  • Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in RTB auction architecture and programmatic advertising ecosystems.
  • Practical knowledge of SSP and DSP partner management.
  • Deep understanding of key advertising metrics including win rate, bid rate, fill rate, eCPM, and ROI.
  • Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets to drive business decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and partner development skills.
