What you will do
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and enhancements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct manual testing of applications with a focus on payment system flows.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or Octane.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to define acceptance criteria.
- Generate test reports to assess overall product quality and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in QA, testing, or UAT roles.
- Proven experience in manual testing and executing user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Octane, or equivalent defect tracking tools.
- Ability to develop test plans and documentation from business requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
