What you will do
- Define and drive product strategy for onboarding flows, guided configurations, and environment readiness.
- Establish and lead cross-product customer health metrics including data ingestion and configuration efficacy.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to identify and resolve adoption bottlenecks.
- Develop and own the roadmap for platform health and proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment and optimize user experience.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada
- Proven experience leading product development in cloud security or CNAPP environments (Vulnerability Management, CSPM, CIEM, CDR, or Attack Surface Management).
- Strong proficiency in managing Agile product cycles and backlogs.
- Experience driving product strategy based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Technical familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
