DCM Credit Syndicate Manager: Leading transactions and strategic initiatives within the Capital Markets Team with an accent on capital markets, debt syndicate, risk, and pricing. Location: Hybrid London (GB). All UK Markets employees work a minimum of 60% (3 days) of their working week in the London office.

What you will do

  • Lead transactions and strategic initiatives within the Capital Markets Team.
  • Drive the implementation of global objectives while ensuring full compliance with UK and EU regulations.
  • Oversee operational controls and establish effective governance frameworks.
  • Stay at the forefront of Eurobond market developments and deliver pricing insights.
  • Manage transactions end-to-end, contribute underwriting insights, and collaborate with Sales.
  • Maintain high-level client relationships by providing clear, fair, and expert advice.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Syndicate Workflow, Credit, FI Sector, Market Risk, Risk Management, and Regulatory Policy.
  • In-depth knowledge of fixed income markets and financial products.
  • Proven experience in Bond Syndication.
  • Credit, Financial Institutions, and hybrid structuring experience (preferred).
  • Effective communication across matrix organizations.
  • Strong IT proficiency and risk management application.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with internal Markets products and businesses.
  • Proficient in Word, Bloomberg, Excel, Outlook; AI application and coding skills beneficial.
