What you will do
- Analyze and benchmark customer data to provide operational insights.
- Maintain the health of customer Nexthink instances and support product upgrades.

- Collaborate with specialized teams to build custom content based on specific requirements.
- Provide insights for integrating Nexthink with existing internal processes.
- Work against defined Service Levels (SLs) to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, or automation
- Extensive technical knowledge of end-user computing and IT operations
- Proven track record in transformation projects such as Windows 11 or O365 migrations
- Professional proficiency in English
- Ability to travel (approximately 10%) for training at headquarters
