What you will do

  • Work against defined Service Levels (SLs) to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, or automation
  • Extensive technical knowledge of end-user computing and IT operations
  • Proven track record in transformation projects such as Windows 11 or O365 migrations
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10%) for training at headquarters
