What you will do
- Define and achieve global sales goals in collaboration with the CEO and board.
- Lead and scale the revenue organization, doubling the team headcount while maintaining operational agility.
- Provide strategic oversight and active coaching on high-stakes enterprise deal pursuits.
- Align marketing, partnerships, sales, and business development into a cohesive growth engine.
- Drive the adoption of business value selling frameworks to position the platform as the essential operating system for live entertainment.
- Ensure the revenue function utilizes a modern tech stack to enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRO in a high-scale environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an organization with >50 ARR.
- Proven track record of success within Vertical SaaS organizations.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing teams across both North America and Europe.
- Strong analytical mindset with a history of thriving in high-performance, fast-paced cultures.
- Expertise in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and enterprise-level negotiation.
