What you will do

  • Deliver responsive, empathetic IT support for in-office and remote Airtable employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues.
  • Manage SaaS access requests and administer core tools including Okta, JAMF, and Google Workspace.
  • Document IT policies, troubleshooting guides, and user instructions.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or automation improvements.
  • Provide onsite, hands-on IT support for employees in the NYC (SoHo) office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting a fast-paced SaaS company from an internal IT perspective.
  • Hands-on ownership of a physical office as the primary IT point of contact.
  • Deep experience managing endpoints (macOS/Windows), device lifecycle, and MDM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, RBAC).
  • Working knowledge of office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls, VPN).
  • Familiarity with ITSM practices, incident management, process optimization, scripting, and AI skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Ability to provide onsite support in NYC (SoHo) is required.
