Salary: $140,000–$190,000 USD per year (for CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) or $124,000–$174,000 USD per year (for all other U.S. states).

What you will do

  • Optimize decisions and execution with analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Strategic Alliances and Client Success Teams as the data subject matter expert.
  • Create business cases, insights, and dashboards to engage merchants and demonstrate product performance.
  • Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies for comprehensive analytics solutions.
  • Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment design and execution to drive GTM optimizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics).
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and craft compelling narratives for various stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and execution skills, operating independently on multiple strategic initiatives.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the FinTech or Payments industry.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
  • Understanding or demonstrated aptitude to learn Python.
