What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients as their primary contact.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure product adoption.
- Monitor client accounts to identify performance improvements and growth opportunities.
- Drive client revenue through personalized upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Resolve client concerns and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to address client needs.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
