What you will do

  • Set up simple test and learn plans for client marketing and CRM activities.
  • Use RAPP’s AI tools to provide insights on effective creative elements of campaigns.
  • Create customer profiles for specific audience subsets and report findings to clients.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis reporting with optimization recommendations.
  • Support the experience strategy team in creating data-driven customer journeys.
  • Build KPI trees or measurement frameworks for clients to track key metrics.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python, Power BI, and ability to independently write code to pull data from a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience working agency, consulting, or client-side with customer- or customer-related datasets (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analysis, product analysis, consumer profiling).
  • Curiosity, a detail-oriented approach, and an interest in understanding the “why” of data.
  • Desire to work independently and present findings to the team and clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with web and social analytics.
  • Dashboarding/visualization skills.
  • Working with cloud environments in an engineering capacity.
  • Knowledge of statistics.
  • Familiarity with marketing orchestration/ad tech tools/stacks (Salesforce/Braze/Adobe/DSPs).
  • Experience with basic customer segmentation, modelling, test and learn programmes, campaign analysis, or customer journey/experience planning.
