What you will do
- Lead APMEA Deals Desk team supporting complex deal structuring, pricing approvals, and commercial/legal guidance.
- Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, discounting, contract terms, and deal structures.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to resolve complex deal scenarios and support negotiations.
- Drive transformation and automation initiatives including CPQ systems, CRM workflows, and approval engines.
- Develop deal intelligence dashboards and reporting on discount trends, win rates, deal velocity, and margin performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing deals desk team fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in Deal Desk Operations, Pre-Sales, Contract Management, or Enterprise Deal Management.
- 6-8 years of experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, ARR/MRR, commercial constructs, legal T&C’s, and CPQ automation.
- Experience managing complex enterprise deal structures and driving process transformation or automation.
- Experience with DealHub (CPQ), SFDC (CRM), Chargebee (Billing), PowerBI, and building automated approval workflows.
- Strong analytical skills using data tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
