What you will do
- Execute 2D, 2.5D, and 3D compositing in Nuke following technical pipelines.
- Ensure deliverables meet strict standards for color accuracy and high-resolution quality.
- Collaborate with the Compositing Supervisor to maintain consistency across complex projects.
- Diagnose and resolve issues including synchronization errors, parallax, and lens distortions.
- Contribute to the refinement of compositing pipelines and delivery protocols.
- Manage multiple high-priority shots within tight production deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a VFX Compositor in film, TV, or special-venue production.
- Advanced proficiency in Nuke, including keying, rotoscoping, CG integration, and deep compositing.
- Demonstrated experience with large-format spherical content (full-dome, VR, 360º/180º).
- Deep technical understanding of ST Maps, image warping, and coordinate space transformations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex image pipeline issues.
- Portfolio/Demo reel showcasing relevant VFX compositing work.
Nice to have
- Background in photography or cinematography (exposure, depth of field, optics).
- Experience with After Effects or Fusion.
- Familiarity with color theory and visual composition fundamentals.
