TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Data Resilience): Engaging with sales teams to provide architectural designs and subject matter expertise for Veeam product suites, supporting sales opportunities from pre-sales to post-sales. Location: Remote within Italy, with travel within the assigned region as directed. Must be permanently located in Italy.

What you will do

  • Engage with sales teams to support sales opportunities from pre-sales through post-sales relationships.
  • Provide architectural designs and engage in large-scale proof of concepts and technical alliance validations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Veeam product suites to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis documentation, and compete strategies.
  • Actively contribute to Veeam Community Forums and attend marketing/technical presentations.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors, including Vmware, Microsoft, and RedHat.
  • Hands-on experience with large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations.
  • Experience and understanding of the top three Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
  • Experience with relational database software and programming/scripting for automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups.
  • Fluent English & Italian speaker.
  • Be available to travel within the assigned region as directed.
