What you will do
- Develop and maintain the risk management framework tailored to Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and monitor material financial and operational risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) standards and internal governance.
- Report risk profiles and mitigation strategies to the Country Head and Group Risk.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure robust oversight.
Requirements
- Must be located in Singapore or able to commute to the office.
- Proven experience in risk management within the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of MAS regulatory requirements and financial risk frameworks.
- Strong ability to build governance structures from the ground up for a new entity.
