What you will do

  • Spearhead the digital product team to develop and grow digital product and identify opportunities.
  • Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams from end-to-end of the process.
  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products, overseeing lead requirements discovery, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with business owners, Agile product teams, and executive teams to identify key capabilities needed and potential issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Three years of experience in digital product management required.
  • Experience with back-end and front-end programming languages.
  • Experience developing data pipelines used to track, analyze, and improve digital product.
  • Experience crafting product visions (short to long term) and converting those visions into concrete strategies.
  • Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
